Original Spare Parts
In order to perpetuate your driving safety, we ensure that all maintenance and repair operations are carried out at contracted services, and we pay particular attention to the use of original spare parts.
Damage Managament
We do not want you to worry about any damage that may happen in your vehicles. Thanks to the damage management monitored by Garanti BBVA Fleet, we ensure that you keep going without any disruption.
7/24 Emergency Hotline
444 1 GFY (439) numbered Emergency Hotline is at your service for 7 days 24 hours related to the vehicles you have leased from Garanti BBVA Fleet. You can keep going your journey safely with our damage reporting and emergency vehicle towing, rescue, accommodation, keep travel going, medical assistance services.
Replacement Vehicle
We offer you replacement vehicle service during the maintenance and repair processes of your vehicle; and we prevent you to be stranded as long as your contract. Garanti BBVA Fleet is ready to support you across the country with vehicles equal to the vehicles you have leased.
Tire Change
We use reliable brand tires that are consonant with technical data in the vehicles we lease. We make the change 1 set (4 pieces) of summer tires (season) at specified mileage for the leasing package you choose. During the leasing period, we also provide 1 set (4 pieces) of winter tires. We carry out tire changes at the authorized tire dealer that is nearest to your location; and we keep the tires you do not use under the most favorable conditions within the scope of the tire hotel service in the provinces where we can serve.
Additional Coverage
We cover material and physical damages that may be incurred to the third parties under the Facultative Financial Liability Insurance with the assurance of Garanti BBVA Fleet.
Inspection
We cover the fees and costs that belong to your exhaust emission measurement and inspection procedures.
Provincial-Based License Plate
You have the option to use the license plate of the province you live in with the vehicles you have leased from Garanti BBVA Fleet. You can choose one of the 34, 35, 06 or 16 provincial license plates in line with your fleet leasing request.
Comprehensive Car Insurance and Other Insurances
With our Comfort, Advantage and Economic packages, we offer Comprehensive Car Insurance services precisely pertinent to your requirements for the vehicles you have leased from Garanti BBVA Fleet.
Motor Vehicle Tax
We follow the MVT payments of your vehicle and cover it periodically.

Optional Services
Door To Door Service
If you request, we manage all leasing services while leasing a vehicle from BBVA Fleet. We pick up your vehicles from your address, carry out all the necessary operations (traffic inspection, tire change, maintenance, repair, etc.) and deliver them to your location ready-to-use.
APS/FPS
In line with your request, we monitor your toll payments on your behalf by means of APS and FPS Management Service and we invoice your usage by reporting monthly. Thus, we ensure that your company vehicles keep going uninterruptedly and you save time as well.
Abroad Usage
When you want to go abroad with the vehicles you have leased from Garanti BBVA Fleet, we complete the necessary procedures as soon as possible.
Temporary Vehicle
After signing your contract with Garanti BBVA Fleet, while your vehicle is being prepared, if you want to meet your transportation needs as soon as possible, we can offer you a temporary daily car rental service.
Corporate Identity / Logo Services
If you want to use your company's corporate logo on the vehicles you have leased from Garanti BBVA Fleet, we complete the application of the logo fitting before delivering the vehicles to you and we also carry out the necessary licensing procedures.
